Job Summary
An online retailer is in need of a Telecommute Employee Relations Principal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of five (5) highly functioning, skilled ER professionals to deliver results
- Utilize employee and labor relations expertise to identify issues, predict and mitigate risk
- Challenge current practices and think outside the box to generate creative ways to scale ER and HR programs
Position Requirements Include:
- This is a position that requires significant travel domestically, up to 30-50% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Significant employee and labor relations subject matter expertise
- Solid foundational understanding of labor and employment laws
- All other requirements necessary for this position
