A game development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Employee Relations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Attend production meetings
- Provide insight and counsel regarding Employment Law, Accommodations and Leave requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience conducting investigations and tracking/reporting employee relations grievances
- Experience in the field of Human Resources with an emphasis in Employee Relations work
- Functional knowledge of HR laws and federal and state regulations
