Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Telecommute Employer Market Pharmaceutical Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the employer market needs and ensure appropriate alignment of sales staff
• Provide guidance and direction to the Employer Market sales team
• Develop processes and management reporting capabilities

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 8 years of related sales and account management experience in a similar industry
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience
