An e-learning company is seeking a Telecommute Employer Partnership Representative in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing employer partners
• Following industry trends locally and nationally to anticipate future talent needs
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and affiliation agreements

Position Requirements Include:

• Must participate in trade shows as needed
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in recruitment, business development, or sales
• Experience facilitating presentations via webinar or online environment
• High-level communication skills
