A provider of recruiting software has an open position for a Telecommute Employment Partnerships Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the Employment Partnerships function within Oyster
- Sourcing and signing deals & agreements with new employment partners
- Owning, maintaining & building on relationships with our current partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in managing partnerships & managing a small team
- Great communications and presentation skills
- Building relationships with people and being a person that people trust
- Highly organised and able to manage a large number of partner relationships
