Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Employment Recruiter in San Antonio.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with screening applicants/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
• Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external)
• Lead and manage the candidate interview, offer and related process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel up to 10%
• 1 to 2 years recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years equivalent recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience in professional level recruiting roles that include a vast variety of skill sets
• Demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment planning skills
