Job Summary

A privately-held employment-related search engine is in need of a Telecommute Employment Search Engine Enterprise Product Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the Product, Engineering, UX and Commercialization teams
• Working with key leaders across Enterprise to drive growth
• Presenting findings and recommendations to product leadership using qualitative and quantitative data

Qualifications Include:

• 8-15 years of progressive experience in a combination of product operations, product management, consulting, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects / programs
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring others
• Experience in Advertising, Marketplaces, Enterprise Tech or similar businesses
• Experience working with product and engineering leaders
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
