Job Summary

A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Employment Specialist 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Building applicant pipeline through relationships/networking, technical industry and career focused conferences, etc
• Developing strategies to drive increased levels of offer acceptance from offer to on-board
• Achieving staffing objectives by Identifying, attracting, and screening pipelines of technical diversity prospects

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• 5+ years of related experience
• Specific experience in diversity recruiting
• Strong recruiting aptitude and knowledge
