Job Summary
An online retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Enablement Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all enablement training and activities
- Initiate and/or contribute to development of content
- Orchestrate internal training classes
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ experience in a training specialist role, program manager role, or similar
- Experience in designing, developing, and coordinating training
- Experience developing whitepapers, online tutorials and/or other training materials
- Experience in learning tools, learning management systems, and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent coordination, project management, and organizational skills
