Job Summary

A financial institution is in need of a Telecommute End User Services Assistant Vice President in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Directing staff and overseeing the functional responsibilities as it relates to implementing key strategies
• Delivering escalated and complex incident resolution
• Maintaining an insightful understanding of current happenings, the external environment and major initiatives

Qualifications Include:

• Travel 25%
• Minimum four (4) to six (6) years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline or the equivalent
• Requires knowledge of current trends in end-user services, endpoint management
• Requires knowledge of collaboration, communication, content management, web services, and productivity solutions
• Eight (8) or more years professional experience in applicable discipline
