A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute End User Services Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding national, regional and local CDO priorities and business drivers
- Designing, engineering and managing the organization’s end user computing platforms
- Influencing and leading geographically diverse teams away from legacy or localized solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise teams
- 5+ years in Active Directory, Email, Instant Messaging, Virtual Desktops, SCCM and Endpoint Security
- 5+ years IT Service Management experience directly supporting key ITIL processes
- Superior customer service mindset and solution delivery focus
- Strong management presence and adeptness with how to effectively address an executive audience
