Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Telecommute Endpoint Agent Software Engineering Manager in Columbia.

Must be able to:

  • Mentor the engineers and grow a high performing team
  • Actively participate in and manage all phases of development from design to post-deployment issue resolution
  • Take ownership of driving all endpoint agent initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • B.S or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5 years of professional experience in enterprise network security applications
  • Prior experience as a technical lead or leading engineering projects
  • Experience with endpoint agent solutions
  • Experience growing people and engineering teams, and possess a can-do attitude
