Job Summary

A real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Energy and Sustainability Services Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Managing the energy benchmarking process, including ENERGY STAR
  • Evaluating financial viability of projects for budgeting and approval
  • Providing clear and concise reporting to client(s) on all energy conservation efforts

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to perform on-site audits
  • Minimum of a BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems
  • Knowledge of smart building technology
