A clean energy solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Energy Industry Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Review, interpret, draft and negotiate project documents
• Review, interpret, draft and negotiate financing documents
• Represent the company in acquisitions and dispositions

Required Skills:

• JD and strong academic record from a leading law school
• License to practice law
• 4 years of relevant experience as an attorney
• Experience advising clients with respect to project finance and development matters
• Experience with utility-scale wind and solar projects and community solar projects/portfolios
• Interest in renewable energy and an aptitude to understand complex and new technologies
