Job Summary

A software and service provider is seeking a Telecommute Energy Manufacturing and Automotive Systems Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing high throughput and streaming data pipelines
• Installing, configuring, and executing open source streaming frameworks
• Building prototypes, developing deployment strategies, procedures, and road maps

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time as business needs require
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to business audiences
• 2+ years of experience in a presales support role selling complex software solutions to VP and C-level executives
• 5+ years experience using company's programming and/or other languages such as R and Python
• 5+ years experience using packaged analytics and business intelligence
