A financial software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the external project management of integrations for partners and merchants
- Collaborate with merchants and partners on best practices, ensuring they are set up for success from the start
- Manage a portfolio of engagements with multiple active at the same time
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in customer facing technical program/project management
- Experience in Fintech required
- Ability to prioritize and make mission-critical decisions with limited information
- Previous experience managing and delivering Web Services API and JavaScript SDK integrations to target date
