Job Summary
An online grocery company has a current position open for a Telecommute Engagement Marketing Manager in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conceptualizing, creating and managing retention and engagement content initiatives
- Managing strategic CRM marketing initiatives from end to end
- Creating and managing the ongoing roadmap and initiatives across all product lifecycle programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience managing CRM programs
- Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Responsys
- Deep knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
- Proven creative and empathetic thinker that cares deeply about our customers
- Ability to build precise targeting as well as delightful, on-brand experiences
- Demonstrated passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results
