Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Engagement Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, chat, and texting communications in a timely manner
- Usingprocedures, policy manuals, knowledge-base and other reference materials to help answering questions
- Engaging with members to assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience working in an outbound call center that is customer centered and production driven
- 6+ months of sales experience
- Engaging and persuasive sales skills, with ability to show empathy to patients or members
- Proven capability of closing sales type opportunities
