Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Engagement Specialist III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing high volume of outbound and inbound calls, emails, chat, and texting communications in a timely manner
  • Usingprocedures, policy manuals, knowledge-base and other reference materials to help answering questions
  • Engaging with members to assist with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reschedules

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an outbound call center that is customer centered and production driven
  • 6+ months of sales experience
  • Engaging and persuasive sales skills, with ability to show empathy to patients or members
  • Proven capability of closing sales type opportunities
