An IT managed services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Engineer Resident in the Tampa Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Providing first- and second-tier remote and onsite support
• Translating technical issues into actionable next steps
• Acting as a support family for your assigned clients

Position Requirements Include:

• Some travel required
• Bachelor's degree required or actively pursuing one
• Two years experience as an outside support resource or
• Three years working as internal support
• Firm understanding of desktop hardware and operating systems
