An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Engineering and Products Recruiter .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting process for the worldwide engineering and products organization
- Developing and manage relationships with outside recruiting agencies, holding them accountable for quantity and quality of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with candidates and hiring managers in scheduling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years in high-tech recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proven experience with reporting
