A cloud email infrastructure product is in need of a Telecommute Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Enabling a highly productive team on a growing product

• Creating the hiring and coaching path for engineers

Position Requirements Include:

• Have led teams working on a SaaS application
• Have written code, but prefer enabling others to grow and succeed in their work
• Find fulfillment in your team's happiness and accomplishments
• Can find balance between budgets, product impact, and team resources
• Have grown teams: interviewing engineers and smoothly onboarding new team members
• Make decisions that consider both the needs of our engineering culture and customers
