A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and maintain engineering core principles and processes
- Work closely with stakeholders and engineering leadership to prioritize and ensure implementation is in support of the business needs
- Coordinate with Product leadership to align on a roadmap that makes sense with the current resources
Position Requirements Include:
- 15 years software engineering experience
- 7 years managing software development teams
- 7 years of Management and mentorship skills to facilitate career growth and coaching of engineering managers and technical initiatives
- 5 years designing cloud software with microservice solutions and API design
- 5 years of experience with monitoring and scaling applications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- 3 years of experience presenting technical solutions to C-Suite or other executives
