Job Summary
A workforce management software developer is in need of a Telecommute Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with DevOps team to optimize our public cloud computing costs
- Manage the uptime error budget of our products
- Lead the way in working with Product Management and Engineering teams to continuously improve Scrum practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven managerial skills with at least 5 years of experience managing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in software development, especially in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and proof-reading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently
- Strong interpersonal skills
