Telecommute Engineering Director

Job Summary

A workforce management software developer is in need of a Telecommute Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with DevOps team to optimize our public cloud computing costs
• Manage the uptime error budget of our products
• Lead the way in working with Product Management and Engineering teams to continuously improve Scrum practices

Position Requirements Include:

• Proven managerial skills with at least 5 years of experience managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in software development, especially in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and proof-reading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently
• Strong interpersonal skills
