Telecommute Engineering Director

Job Summary

A cloud-based digital banking solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing technical leadership and vision
• Actively contributing to the company's Digital Banking initiatives
• Interacting with customers on escalated support issues and high value sales opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• 12 + years of working experience in a senior software engineering or management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, OR equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a data-centric work environment
• Experience planning and leading Engineering strategy initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in new and emerging technologies and software development tools
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams as well as supporting multiple productsand projects
