Job Summary
A subscription service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Engineering Head in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining the technical roadmap for large-scope and high-impact initiatives
- Defining headcount needs
- Collaboratively defining engineering values and decision-making process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a medium or larger software company
- 4+ years running high performance teams
- Have managed and grown teams of 10 - 30 people
- Prior experience at a venture-backed startup
- Experience running teams in an Agile or Scrum environment
- A strong understanding of business dynamics, goals
