A legal intelligence solutions is in need of a Telecommute Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide mentorship and feedback to current team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years experience working on and managing distributed teams
- Understanding of and appreciation of servant leader model of leadership
- A deep understanding and appreciation of Ruby on Rails, Javascript, and scalable web applications
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional agile teams
