An online programmer community needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 8-10 developers ranging from junior to very senior
- Continuously developing your team through coaching and feedback
- Recruiting new team members as needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years full-stack web development experience
- 3+ years management experience
- Track record of creating an inclusive and collaborative engineering culture
- Comfortable working with Product Managers to Design, Site Reliability, Marketing, Sales, and more
