- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 4 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
- Experience building and managing large scale distributed systems
- Exposure to architecture patterns in cloud (AWS, Azure, etc)
- Object Oriented Development for 5 Years in Java or comparable language
