Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build and manage an engineering team
- Coach, mentor, inspire and support a team of 5-7 engineers
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews and sprint planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS in Computer Science or similar
- 8+ years professional software development experience
- 3+ years leading an engineering team and managing software engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience managing a remote or hybrid engineering team
