Job Summary
A streaming services developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing a team of strong distributed systems Engineers
- Overseeing the design, delivery, and operation of reliable cloud services and distributed systems
- Mentoring, pairing, and delegating work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team delivering cloud services or distributed systems
- 4+ years of experience designing, delivering, and operating cloud services or distributed systems
- Passion for cultivating outstanding engineering practices, processes, and culture
- Strong understanding of testing principles and how to deliver high quality software
- Proven design skills for large scale and highly available cloud services or distributed systems
