A quality assurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Engineering Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining, shaping, and developing product features and releases with a cross-functional team
- Leading and developing a growing team of globally distributed Operations Engineers
- Providing timely, meaningful, and actionable feedback to your team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 3 times per year to work onsite in San Francisco
- 5+ years of professional working experience with Unix system administration
- 5+ years of significant experience in a formal product development environment
- 2+ years of Management or Technical Lead experience for teams of 3+ engineers
- Experience successfully leading large-scale, cross-team projects
