Job Summary
A utility structure services company is seeking a Telecommute Engineering Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees
- Identifying staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained
- Ensuring proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic Computer skills, MS Windows, MS Office, AUTO CAD, GIS, Microstation
- Ability to delegate responsibility and manage the workload of others.
- Experience using data/project management systems to document and track model progress
