Job Summary

An online home selling platform company is seeking a Telecommute Engineering Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a distributed engineering team
  • Design and execute processes for workflow and standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 10+ years relevant technical experience
  • 5+ years directly managing and building high performing engineering teams
  • Track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact
  • Experience managing successful engineering teams
  • Understanding of most AWS products & architecture
