Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and design the vision, roadmap and plan to create the foundational systems and processes
- Lead, deliver and develop our growing Product Engineering team
- Identify and set aggressive yet achievable timelines and targets

- Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level
- Experience in setting long term strategic direction for an Engineering department
- Strong software development, quality assurance and robust platform operation experience
