Job Summary
An education provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute English and Literature Program Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining program and course objectives, reviewing regularly, and revising as needed
- Updating program content and materials and/or delivery methods
- Researching, evaluating and preparing recommendations on current and future curricula
Qualifications for this position include:
- Required attendance at meetings in Charles Town, WV, Virginia, or DC
- Terminal degree in English, literature, or rhetoric/composition, or closely related field
- Five or more years of college level teaching experience is required
- One or more years of online teaching experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs required
- Leadership experience in academia is required
