Job Summary
A university needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute English Composition Adjunct Instructor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Teach all assigned courses
- Clearly document student progress
- Provide a fair assessment for all assignments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend regularly scheduled in-services and discipline specific professional development activities
- 5 years experience in English composition at the college level Candidate must have obtained at least a conferred Master’s Degree in English from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or international equivalent,
- Knowledge of online delivery methods, principles and techniques
- Experience developing teaching methods and performance development plans, including teaching in-services
- Must Demonstrate CEC Standards as defined for faculty members
