Job Summary
An educational company is in need of a Telecommute English Language Arts Curriculum Developer.
Must be able to:
- Write and edit clear, thoughtful lessons for a variety of subject-specific skills
- Write and edit standards-based assessment items and age-appropriate reading passages
- Design standards-based practice and assessment products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic knowledge of HTML for text formatting and LaTeX for equation formatting
- 5 years' experience (combination of teaching and curriculum development) in English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and communication
- Experience working on projects in multi-faceted and fast-paced environment
- Excellent research, Internet, and technical skills
