Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enrollment Communications Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the Subject Management Expert on benefits technology, employee communications and enrollment strategies
- Participating on strategic implementation calls with brokers and clients to ensure sale is on track
- Measuring participation and monitor case activity to ensure consistent, quality results
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Deep working knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as enrollment best practices
- Extensive experience with enrollment platforms, Benefits Administration, Human Capital Software, etc
- Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics, measurement and reporting
- Ability to develop, articulate, and optimize a fully integrated communication strategy
- Ability to inclusively and pro-actively lead, influence and motivate individual contributors
