Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enrollment Communications Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the Subject Management Expert on benefits technology, employee communications and enrollment strategies
  • Participating on strategic implementation calls with brokers and clients to ensure sale is on track
  • Measuring participation and monitor case activity to ensure consistent, quality results

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Deep working knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as enrollment best practices
  • Extensive experience with enrollment platforms, Benefits Administration, Human Capital Software, etc
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics, measurement and reporting
  • Ability to develop, articulate, and optimize a fully integrated communication strategy
  • Ability to inclusively and pro-actively lead, influence and motivate individual contributors
