Job Summary

An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Enrollment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contacting the client for missing information
  • Providing excellent service to internal/external customers concerning their enrollment needs
  • Following up with the carrier to obtain status updates

Qualifications Include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • HIPAA certificate required within 6 months of commencing role
  • Expert listening skills and ability to identify customer needs and identify appropriate issue resolution
  • Professionally and adeptly resolve issues while under pressure
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
