Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enrollment Specialist I in Pittsburgh.
Must be able to:
- Process all types of enrollment and disenrollment transactions
- Initiate and generate appropriate correspondence based on type of transaction processed
- Identify areas of concern or trends that may compromise client satisfaction
Position Requirements Include:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum of six months of customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to interpret and apply complex eligibility regulations as mandated by CMS, DPW, and PID
- Demonstrates good organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- MS Office/PC skills required
