Job Summary

A system integration company has a current position open for a Telecommute Oracle SAP or Salesforce Enterprise Applications Agile Coach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Training/coaching teams and organizations in Agile concepts, principles, practices and methods
  • Mentoring and training for a team or a set of teams
  • Developing and refining skills of existing and new agile teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to join the company's team in Plano, Texas
  • 5+ years working as an Agile Coach, Trainer or Program-level Scrum Master/Agile PM
  • 3+ years working as a project or program manager in large enterprise initiatives
  • 1+ years working in either of SFDC, SAP or Oracle, but prefer SFDC experience
  • Expert knowledge of Agile / Scrum terms, language and process
  • Expert teaming and interpersonal skills
