Job Summary

A technology and information management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Enterprise Content Management Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participates in technical discovery meetings with contracted customers
  • Delivers technical support to contracted customers and tracks time utilization/ problem resolution
  • Acquires and maintains current technical knowledge of relevant product/ service offerings

Required Skills:

  • 5-10% travel to client locations is required
  • Four year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
