Job Summary
A technology and information management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Enterprise Content Management Implementation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participates in technical discovery meetings with contracted customers
- Delivers technical support to contracted customers and tracks time utilization/ problem resolution
- Acquires and maintains current technical knowledge of relevant product/ service offerings
Required Skills:
- 5-10% travel to client locations is required
- Four year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
