Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all post-sales activities for Enterprise customers
  • Manage the life-cycle of each assigned customer
  • Drive account expansion and renewal

Required Skills:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • 3-5 years of direct enterprise-level CSM experience
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions
  • Analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
