Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the ultimate responsibility for the customer’s onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers
  • Working with the customer to build success plans
  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally to advocate customer’s needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in customer success
  • Strong consulting and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
  • Experience with enterprise security products and/or offerings
