Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the ultimate responsibility for the customer’s onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers
- Working with the customer to build success plans
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally to advocate customer’s needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Up to 25% travel
- 5+ years relevant work experience in customer success
- Strong consulting and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
- Experience with enterprise security products and/or offerings
