A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the primary point of contact and advocate for clients
- Working to support and renew a portfolio of clients
- Configuring & customizing product to address client challenges
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of client management experience
- 2-4 years of Customer Success experience at SaaS or technology company
- Experience working in a Customer Success environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic SQL experience
