Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Durango.
Must be able to:
- Focus on product adoption/penetration
- Conduct on-premises consultation and presentation
- Manage of $2-3M book of business with required achievement of >100% ARR retention
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel is required, variable, and will average around 30% of total work time
- Excellent time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
