Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Durango.

Must be able to:

• Focus on product adoption/penetration
• Conduct on-premises consultation and presentation
• Manage of $2-3M book of business with required achievement of >100% ARR retention

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Travel is required, variable, and will average around 30% of total work time
• Excellent time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
