Job Summary
A provider of data collection tools is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Data Collection Platform Chat Technical Support Specialist in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Help customers via live chat support
- Assist them with building smart forms with integrations to a variety of services
- Occasionally will use email and web meetings to resolve an issue
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and customer requirements
- Productive while working autonomously
- Experience in live chat, tech support, and helping people use technology
- Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript
