Job Summary

A provider of data collection tools is filling a position for a Telecommute Enterprise Data Collection Platform Chat Technical Support Specialist in Minneapolis.

Must be able to:

  • Help customers via live chat support
  • Assist them with building smart forms with integrations to a variety of services
  • Occasionally will use email and web meetings to resolve an issue

Qualifications for this position include:
