A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Enterprise District Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving revenue by applying sales strategy, encouraging customer engagement
- Recruiting, retaining, selecting, motivating, rewarding, & top-grading sales talent
- Utilizing your deep understanding of the TOLA geo, the accounts, and the territories
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven sales career success exemplified through historical performance by the numbers
- 5+ years of proven Sales Leadership experience of a 7+ member direct field sales organization
- A deep understanding of the TOLA geo, the accounts, and the territories
- Ethics, integrity, & professionalism exemplified throughout her/his career
- Prior experience recruiting, retaining, selecting, motivating, rewarding, & top-grading sales talent to build world class teams
