An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Enterprise Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining focus on operational excellence and on running the team's services in production
- Managing a team of 5-7 engineers to support and grow company's current products
- Mentoring and helping engineers to plan and execute their career paths

- Prior experience managing a team (or teams) of Engineers
- Experience working with a team to develop an effective process for handling multiple work streams over multiple initiatives
