Job Summary

A professional services and IT solutions is in need of a Telecommute Enterprise Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and overseeing the operations of the assigned program
  • Managing the daily performance and availability of the network
  • Analyzing network performance and recommending upgrades/changes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • 15 years of related Enterprise (more than 50,000 users) Operations Management experience, preferably within DoD
  • Must meet DoD 8570 baseline certification IAT Level III
  • Effective management, leadership, and communication skills
  • ITIL Foundations
  • Eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance and must be a U.S. Citizen
